In the heart of the old town of Pézenas, sheltered by the old stone walls, we discover this small establishment with its sober, uncluttered but warm decor. We were charmed by the shady terrace, lit up by little garlands that lend a friendly, summery feel. On the plate, we enjoy tasting a variety of specialties: we set our sights on a Rossini-style burger and cuttlefish a la plancha, saving room for a delicious apple tart - a real treat!
