Restaurant in a former wine warehouse focusing on quality and authenticity of products
In an old wine warehouse where the decoration (slate grey and Sienna earth tones) plays on elegance without ostentation, the cuisine, based on "the quality and authenticity of the products", respects the rhythm of the seasons and moves away from the ambient culinary "showcase". Maintaining the shared pleasure of the customer is the wish and credo of the company. Also, à la carte, you can enjoy dishes with the flavours of the surroundings: mussels from the pond of Thau marinated in lemon and curry, red squid à la plancha and its crispy vegetables served with red rice from the Camargue, shortbread with local apricots. The menu is deliberately short, unlike the wine list, which allows you to discover the region's best wines. It's for us a real favorite address but don't say it too much otherwise, we won't be able to go there anymore. Shh, it's just between us!
