Here, Chef Sébastien Chap'S, a master restaurateur, offers you revisited and creative Southern cuisine, prepared with quality ingredients. His varied menus, true symphonies of flavors, are designed to awaken your taste buds and offer you memorable moments. For example, you could opt for the "Aquarelle" with its scallops and monkfish cheek and gambas curry. Or try the "Initiation au foie gras" menu, with foie gras from South-West duck half-cooked in white port and veal pavé and escalope of duck foie gras.
