As you step through the doors of this intimate venue, limited to just 18 covers, you'll immediately be transported into a world where creativity reigns supreme. The decor, reflecting the chef's artistic follies, prepares your senses for an exceptional culinary journey. Here, Chef Sébastien Chap'S, a master restaurateur, offers you revisited and creative Southern cuisine, prepared with quality ingredients. His varied menus, true symphonies of flavors, are designed to awaken your taste buds and offer you memorable moments. For example, you could opt for the "Aquarelle" with its scallops and monkfish cheek and gambas curry. Or try the "Initiation au foie gras" menu, with foie gras from South-West duck half-cooked in white port and veal pavé and escalope of duck foie gras. To take the experience a step further, try the "Black Out" menu to enjoy an original menu in total darkness. L'Alchimie also offers a wide choice of wines, carefully selected to accompany each dish. L'originalité de la décoration nous a séduits aussi.
Vient ensuite la proposition de 5 plats succulents autour du canard, du foie gras et de la truffe. "Menu Périgord noir".
Le service est délicatement proposé par la maîtresse de la maison qui est accompagnée par son jeune enfant trop fier de l'aider avec une gentillesse remarquable.
Un grand bravo et Merci Monsieur Chap's pour nous faire partager vos superbes créations audacieuses qui nous laisseront un très bon souvenir longtemps.
