His "Découverte du Périgord Noir" menu features mouth-watering dishes such as tourin périgourdin, duck breast rubbed with AOC Espelette pepper and "Sarladaise" apple puff pastry with gizzards and confit foie gras. You can also opt for our gastronomic menu, featuring scallops, veal pavé with duck foie gras escalope and "organic" cereal risotto with duck foie gras.
