The Chambres du Prieuré are established within the priory of Saint-Jean de Bébian, a unique estate located in the middle of the century-old vines of Nizas and Pézenas. Surrounded by basalt walls, the one-hectare property is also home to the De Lauzun restaurant, one star in the Michelin Guide. As for accommodation, the sumptuous little hotel has ten rooms elegantly decorated by the architect Raymond Morel.
