This little pâté, with its unusual shape and surprising taste, is the emblem of the city of Piscén.

It was back in 1766 that Indian cooks in the service of Lord Clive created a little pâté using lamb, brown sugar, lemon zest and other secret ingredients... It was an instant success.

Today, the Alary family still holds the original recipe, and in 2023, Clément took up the torch to perpetuate the tradition: to the delight of gourmets!
