Saturday is market day in Pézenas! On the Square du Poilu, the town hosts the stalls of a market of organic farmers and producers from 8am to 1pm. They cover themselves with various fruits and vegetables, cold meats, honeys and products of the beehive, raw milk cheeses, tomes and yoghurts, aromatic and medicinal plants, wines etc. It's a pleasure to go there. A little further on, from Place Frédéric Mistral to Place des Trois-Six, more than a hundred exhibitors animate the heart of the city from 8am to 1pm.
