Founded in 1876, the company enjoyed great success. Over the course of the following century, the business grew, and under the impetus of the founder's great-grandson, Jean Aubert, it moved to Lodève. This move allowed the family, who still own the mansion, to proceed with the restoration. Today, David Flipo, Jean Aubert's grandson, has returned to these walls and continues the family tradition. His lemonades are available online and in a number of specialist boutiques.
