THE CASTLE
The feudal castle is located at the end, overlooking the village built on the slope. Built in the eleventh and twelfth centuries, he protected the passage on a road leading to the high cantons inherited. Many remains of the era of its construction are still present on site, including fortifications and ruined castral church. The castle was restored the first time in the seventeenth century, when the two monumental portals came from. Recently restored, the castle of Pézens is a magnificent medieval book that does not visit. But his contemplation from outside is worth it!
