Vigneron in Saint-Chinian for several generations. The castle was originally a dependency of the diocese of Saint Pons. A building dating back to the 1989 th century, a cellar was added in. The Roger family produces wines from the Saint-Chinian-Château-du-Prieuré-Château-des-Mourgues appellation, and the Domaine des Aspes in wines from countries of OC and its viognier found on the right tables. A cellar of 150 barrels, a welcome in the summer above all.
