LA TOUR SARRASINE
Here is a place to discover absolutely. First because it is nestled in a lovely village that alone deserves a stopover, then because the Century Tower is one of those places where you eat delicious prepared market cuisine with refinement. The restaurant opens up its windows on the canal and all of this has a fou charm. In the room or on the terrace, the view is sumptuous. In the plate, slate changes every day at the market and the seasons. Depending on this, you can enjoy the entrance of a bowl of homemade foie foie, a bouchée to the calf of the calf of a Carpaccio of Saint James fruit of passion and salmon eggs, or even des of snails. In a flat, a stone fillet and a reduction of crustaceans the lobster duet and saint Jacques on creamy polenta and the kidneys of calf and lamb of lamb which are a feast, as well as the square of lamb sauce of the ceps. You can also enjoy dessert, black chocolate profiteroles, almond dacquoise moon, creamy raspberry and sherbet, giving the finishing touch to a great meal. A nice moment!
