La Gorge Fraîche is a craft brewery and microbrewery located in Poilhes. It offers a wide range of craft beers, from blondes and ambers to stouts and IPAs. The beers are produced and packaged entirely in the South of France, offering a concentrate of flavors from the Occitan region. The brewery also rents out beer taps and kegs for events.
