The restaurant in Portiragnes is a must. The warm, friendly welcome immediately puts you at ease. In the kitchen, the chef skilfully revisits bistro classics, offering tasty new combinations. The harmonies are delicate, the presentation precise and the gourmet delights on offer. We were seduced by the skate wings with pesto and capers and the poached sole with foie gras and roasted scallops, as well as by a revisited raspberry vacherin. A fine selection of regional wines completes the meal.
