Created in 2012, this clever outlet brings together a dozen producers from the region. In the 300 m² shop, they present their products and make sure they are sold. Based on the short-distance circuit method, with respect for seasonality and sustainable agriculture, the relay guarantees a certain quality. Its shelves and stalls are filled daily with seasonal fruit and vegetables, beef, sheep and various poultry, bread and pastries, wines and other alcoholic beverages, cheeses and dairy products, preserves and jars, oil and condiments, biscuits, hygiene products... Depuis que je l’ai découverte, La Ferme de Portiragnes, groupement de producteurs locaux, est devenue mon magasin pour les belles viandes et volailles (élevés en plein air), les fromages et yaourts fermiers de brebis, un délice, les nombreux légumes et fruits frais de saison (non traités ou raisonnés), et tant d’autres produits dont le vin bio n’est pas le moindre. La grande boutique est belle et spacieuse, le personnel sympathique, c’est un plaisir d’y faire son marché. Je recommande vivement à ceux qui privilégient la qualité et la santé.
