Jérôme, artisan butcher, concocts pork rillettes from Lozère that earned him the Hérault Gourmand trophy in 2015. They are cooked for a long time over a low heat, a mixture of flavors of thyme, onions and spices titillate your taste buds. On a slice of toasted bread, a real delight! Le pâté en croûte extra ???? heureusement qu on en a pris plusieurs !
