Jérôme, artisan butcher, concocts pork rillettes from Lozère that earned him the Hérault Gourmand trophy in 2015. They are cooked for a long time over a low heat, a mixture of flavors of thyme, onions and spices titillate your taste buds. On a slice of toasted bread, a real delight! Other products are to be discovered in his store: delicatessen preparations, tomato-basil sausages, Camargue bull, homemade merguez sausages, honey-lemon veal brochettes...
