DOMAINE BONIAN
This 15-hectare estate is above all a beautiful family story. Acquired in 1938 by Marcel Almes, grandfather of the current owner, it was passed down from father to son, accompanied by a good dose of passion. Situated at low altitude and not far from the sea, the estate puts the vines in the presence of a strict Mediterranean climate and its strong sunshine allows the grapes to reach an excellent maturity. With Grenache, Syrah and black Carignan grapes, Alain Almes produces a red wine with a powerful nose of wild strawberries and a fruity rosé with a warm and powerful palate. Special mention to the Cuvée Opus, 100 % carignan, aged in barrels.
