This castle rises elegantly in the middle of the Languedoc vineyards. Its romantic silhouette and its numerous facilities are conducive to dream stays, creating unforgettable memories. The residence houses 8 Art Deco style hotel rooms, 36 luxury private residences and a magnificent Mediterranean garden. It also houses a fine restaurant orchestrated by the chef Jeshen Narayanen, a cocktail bar and a Cinq Mondes spa with sauna, hammam and treatments. The atmosphere and the setting of the premises marvellously combine authenticity and luxury, preserving the cachet of this "château pinardier" and equipping the areas with swimming pools, tennis courts and other comfortable facilities. Restful but convivial, romantic or family oriented, the castle serves as a setting for beautiful moments.

Only drawback I can think of it's a bit far from most other things, but that's not too bad because the chateau has every facility you pretty much need.
A bit on the expensive side but that's the price of luxury.
Keep in mind during European/UK school holidays there are a fair few young families that visits so be sure to time your trip right if you're looking for a quiet getaway.

Plat shop suey de bœuf( lamelles de bœuf) les 3 plats sont arrivés tiède et la viande trop cuite , mais bon.
Le désert soupe de fraise ????: Exceptionnelle
et le bavarois coco chocolat noisette avec coulis : Délicieux.
Le vin du château blanc est arrivé chaux ☹️, le rouge parfait.
Merci au services en terrasse qui est de grand niveau avec toutes les attentions d'usages du a un grand établissement gastronomique.
Le cadre est magnifique,
