The château, once owned by the Order of Hospitallers, has maintained its viticultural vocation. Oenologist Jean Lacugue favors biological balance on his 50 hectares of vines, producing powerful, unique wines. The Cuvée des Chevaliers is particularly exceptional, a Saint-Chinian de garde of remarkable expression. The estate also offers Vin de Pays de l'Oc, Coteaux de Fontcaude, Cartagène and even olive oil. Wine-tasting and oenology workshops are available by appointment.

An amazing tasting with the owner! He really took his time to explain his purpose behind each bottle or vintage. And we tasted a lot of wines!! Highly recommend for a great example of the region and some of the best wines we have tasted in general. Book in advance as the owner does the tastings and is working in the vineyard.
