Anne and Didier have been involved in the world of olive growing for some time, but it was only in 2004 that they started their own oil mill. Didier, the miller, works hard to produce the oil from his own production as well as that of his clients in the best possible conditions. From this know-how and this love of the olive tree are born tasty oils, Lucques or Picholine, but also olives of the country, jams of olives (jam of green Lucques olives), olive oils with the organic lemon or with the organic basil, soaps and derived products typical of the area as well as the moulinade (tapenade without anchovy), with the muscatel wine, with the Espelette pepper or with the ginger-lemon. The quality of their Lucques olives allowed them to win the Hérault Gourmand competition in 2013. Anne and Didier have launched a nice little range of cosmetics, from shower gel to shampoo 100% natural origin, with olive oil of course and with apricot, lavender or lime. The production of the mill is ensured with modern machines while respecting all the standards of hygiene of traceability, while preserving the traditional methods of first cold pressure. By appointment, Anne and Didier are happy to share their passion by giving tours of their mill and showing a report on the making of the oil. Finally, a visit to the store will allow you to buy bottled olive oil. A delightful treat!

"Olives Primeur - lucques d'occitanie" , lot 1539 acheté chez super u Cazouls , immangeable trop forte amertume. Dommage...
Ajouter à cela une vendeuse très antipathique... finalement on se demande s'il ne vaut pas mieux aller un peu plus loin du côté de Bize par exemple!!
Dommage car les produits sont très bons mais désolée j'ai vraiment l’impression de m'être fait avoir comme une bleue!!
