Nestled under the old castle, the area nestled between 200 m and 400 m above sea level is surrounded by wooded valleys, the vines cling to steep hills or spread over rocky plateaus. Since the second half of the th Century, the Estève family, owner of the Vinaire cave of the Château des Adouzes, has made it possible for the best vintages to be developed, with the greatest respect for tradition. The 40 ha give generous, subtle, round and structured red wines, which blend harmoniously with cassis, cherry, liquorice and vanilla. The rosés are also very soft, fruity and fragrant. In wines aged in oak barrels, the wood is fine and does not dominate wine. In the mouth, a lot of freshness, fine tannins, velvety tannins.
