L'ARTIST'O FRUITS
Frédéric Marre loves good produce and good taste. Based in Aniane, he works with small quantities of fruit in cauldrons to preserve all their flavour qualities and produce top-quality jams. He also offers fruit preparations, both classic and more original (apricot-coconut, cherry with spices). On the savoury side, the same taste leitmotiv applies, with tapenades, eggplant caviars, anchoïades and other garlic creams. Relying on a network of distributors, the company can also be found at trade fairs and shows. His website even lets you place orders and keep up to date with his new creations. His Espelette chilli mustard has just been awarded a prize in the Hérault Gourmand 2015 competition: a balanced alliance between the power of the mustard and the aromatic strength of the chilli.
