This is a place that doesn't go far from flawless! We don't know what we prefer to the Brasserie des Templiers, is it its setting, its décor, its cuisine or everything at once? As soon as you enter the building, the large parking lot has something reassuring, then you walk out the door and discover a timeless room. The address used his name to decorate his room with the colours of the Templars, the pretty vaulted ceiling that overlooks the whole thing adds a little cachet. The waiters who walk around the room wear uniforms and their behaviour is impeccable, it's like sitting in a famous table. The same goes for the presentation of the plates and the balance of their flavours. The only thing that stands out from the apparent sophistication of the place is the prices. These are quite respectable for such service and quality.
