In the heart of the Natura 2000 site, winemaker François Massol and his oenologist Nicolas Moine work together to meet the challenges of the 16-hectare, certified organic Domaine de Sauzet: to produce wines in perfect harmony with the mineral strength and biodiversity of the site. Each plot is harvested by hand when perfectly ripe, then vinified in its own vat to produce a white wine, two rosés, a sparkling rosé vinified using the "traditional method", and seven red wines. You're welcome to visit the estate all year round.
