In the village of Saint-Chinian, between vineyards and garrigue, in the shade of the pines and to the rhythm of the cicadas' song, we visit Elisa, Clément and their two children to enjoy delicious galettes bretonnes and crêpes. In the heart of a splendid 1544 building, a former drapery that became an oil mill before becoming a sulfur factory, we sit down for a meal.
Succulent Breton galettes copiously garnished with local produce: vegetables from the garden, pork from the Cochon Gour... An idyllic setting and charming hosts that we recommend!
