In the village of Saint-Chinian, between vineyards and garrigue, in the shade of the pines and to the rhythm of the cicadas, we head for Elisa and Clément's delicious galettes bretonnes and crêpes. It's in this splendid 1544 building, a former drapery that became an oil mill before becoming a sulfur factory, that we sit down. Succulent Breton galettes copiously garnished with local produce: vegetables from the garden, pork from Cochon Gour... An idyllic setting and charming hosts that we recommend!

Open Tuesday to Saturday, lunchtime from 12pm to 2pm and evening from 6.30pm to 9pm. Reservations recommended. Galette from 9.50 euros. Sweet crepes from 3 euros. Children's menu: €10. Varied list of Breton ciders, and local organic wines. Artisanal fruit juices. Groups welcome (reservation required for groups). Baby chairs. Terrace. Take-away sales.
