A privileged site culminating at 283 m, facing the Haut Languedoc mountains and proudly overlooking the commune of Saint-Chinian.
This quiet stroll in the land of the Saint-Chinian vineyards aims at the Notre-Dame rock, a privileged site culminating at 283 m, facing the Haut-Languedoc mountains and proudly dominating the commune of Saint-Chinian. Twenty villages have come together to produce one of the greatest vintages of the region, the Saint-Chinian. Here, wine is a terroir. It is in these aromas, all these little paths that we follow at random. Along the way, you will see capitelles, witnesses of the peasant activity of the past. These "dry stone" huts were used as shelters for shepherds and farmers. They were built without cement, according to very precise construction techniques. The oldest capitals of the territory are between 150 and 200 years old
