The AOC (PDO) of Saint-Chinian is the fourth largest appellation in the Languedoc by volume, with a hundred or so individual cellars and eight cooperative cellars. The winegrowers of the IGP (protected geographical indication) Coteaux d'Ensérune, pioneers of the cooperation with the Maraussan cellar inaugurated more than 100 years ago, have always been committed to the protection of their territory of Ensérune!
