ROCK MILL
This charming cereal mill overlooks the village of Saint-Chinian and offers a panoramic view of the Vernazobre valley
Once a windmill, the Moulin du Rocher was completely restored in 2001 after standing empty for over 150 years. Today, it's a fully functional cereal mill, whose miller can explain how it works, the processing chain and the techniques and methods used to make it. Its position on the cliff of Le Rocher affords breathtaking views of the village of Saint-Chinian and its vineyards, the Vernazobre valley and, in the distance, the Caroux and Grage mountains.
