A stone's throw from the heart of Saint-Gély-du-Fesc, Le Mélagais is the place to meet carnivores of all kinds. Patrice, the chef is a grill specialist! It welcomes its guests in the authentic setting of an old refurbished stone remission in an original style that mixes the metal with more traditional materials such as wood or terracotta. On the map, there is a fairly classic kitchen, but it has the merit of honoring excellent local products such as YAAAA, Aubrac beef coast, trilac or duck ducks from the southwest. To accompany these rich pieces of meat, Patrice remains in the tradition register by offering aligot, home fries or seasonal vegetables.
