CHÂTEAU CASTILLONNE
In the Hérault region of France, this family caviar business was born from an innovative idea by François René: to take sturgeon eggs by caesarean section, with respect for the animal and the environment. With his son Frédéric, the two lovers of gastronomy and quality products are launching in 2019 the production of caviar by applying this new technique. They feed the fish organically, produce and refine the caviar themselves. Do not hesitate to visit them in their fish farm to discover more and taste their products.
