In the heart of the village, this restaurant has set up its tables in the shade of the laurel and plane trees. The address was taken over in 2023 by Frantz Martinet and Marion Régis. Delicious salads and meals delight tourists on hot summer days. Those in a hurry can opt for classic pizzas, steak-frites or simple burgers for a meal on the go. The hungrier can opt for a hearty piece of Aubrac beef from Puech Séranne, a tasty Brissac sausage or a tasty trout caught in the Buèges river.

The Friday the 20th or September 27th, hour to be cala, in the hinterland of Herault, in the heart of the medieval village of Saint Jean de Buèges, on the central square, in the shade of laurels and century-old plane trees, on the terrace or in one of the two vaulted dining rooms of the former coaching inn, opening a literary café.
In addition to the presence of authors, novelists, poets, essay writers... the passionate enthusiasts of literature and the public will be welcome to participate in the debate...
