Domaine Coulet is a winery located in Saint-Jean-de-Buèges, in the Buèges Valley. The Coulet family has been cultivating vines and olive trees for over 4 generations. The vineyard was created by Clovis Coulet, who was also one of the promoters of the Saint-Jean-de-Buèges cooperative winery. Gérard Coulet chaired the cooperative for many years. Jean-Luc Coulet then undertook a qualitative restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard. Today, Benjamin Coulet and his cousin Valentin Goeminne are partners in this project and in the new life of the winery. The estate offers top-of-the-range, authentic wines, reflecting the potential of the Buèges Valley terroir. Visitors are invited to discover the vineyards clinging to the slopes of the Séranne. For those wishing to extend their stay, the domaine also offers bed and breakfast accommodation.
