Joël Foucou, until then winemaker decides to leave the co-op to become winemaker and makes his first vintage at a friend in 2000. Joel continues his efforts on his 20 ha estate: manual harvest, low yields (22 hl/ha), etc. Result, attractive vintages like Foliage, elegant white made in barrel or Miejour, Syrah, Grenache and carignan assemblage 18 months in tanks, silky, sunny with a nice freshness.
