On the edge of the Cévennes, Virginie and Nicolas have taken over the Aux Petits Sabots farm with great care. At the head of a micro-herd in which one or two foals are born each year, the couple uses the milk of the mothers in the production of soaps and cosmetics. The donkeys, which stay a good year with their young, are milked by hand. This fresh milk is mixed with other natural raw materials to produce a finished product: soap, face cream, body milk, shower shampoo with moisturizing and soothing properties.
