POIVRE ROUGE
Here, the red and black modern decor has replaced the Provençal spirit of yesteryear. The numerous simple or family tables are focused on an all-you-can-eat buffet with vegetables, marinated peppers, tabbouleh, charcuterie, and especially fresh shellfish. For those who want to stay at the table, they can share a charcuterie platter as a starter. For the next, we recommend a grilled meat accompanied by melted cheese (a choice between camembert, Saint Marcellin or munster) or a cuttlefish à la plancha that will have treated us. The desserts remain classic: crème brûlée, tarte tatin or revisited lemon pie. The smiling service is effective. We will appreciate the different formulas, the diversity of the menu and the good value for money. Note that another Food truck, located in Mosson or Gramont on game nights, offers salads, burgers, desserts and drinks.
