As a result of a TGV line, Sandrine and Didier Blanc had to draw a line on their Lattes farm. Not discouraged, however, the couple decided to restart his activity about twenty kilometers away in Saint-Just. These 6 ha of land, where fruit, vegetables and young olive trees grow, add a plot of 10 ha of olive trees in production to Lansargues (agcap and picholine) grown in organic. In 2012, therefore, they decided to invest in a modern mill, which truncated their olives and those of the contributors of the sector (minimum contribution of 10 kg, oil on a way from 50 kg). The various wines of their oil are sold to the estate.
