It is in Saint-Martin-de-Londres, in the heart of the Hérault, that the company Flore en Thyme was founded. An innovative brand, it has dedicated its activity to the development and implementation of methodologies for the collection and processing of Aromatic and Medicinal Plants (MAP). The sector has been built on a logic of Sustainable Development and Social and Solidarity Economy in order to guarantee respect for the product, the environment and the human being. Flore en Thyme is committed to a process of constant improvement of activities and working methods. Through a number of actions, it tries to promote short circuits, participate in land management plans, carry out research work on MAPs and create integration.
