On the side of Frontignan, there are delicious magic potions for aperitif… far from the traditional and well-known Muscat, it is interesting and exceptional to discover such an area. Pin Parasol is a brand new type of artisanal aperitif cocktail, from wild flowers of the languedoc Garrigue , at the foot of the massif de la Gardiole. Spiritin, Romarine and Souleil, the three proposed ranges are made, like wine, from vinification. Flowers of thyme, rosemary and arbutus are picked and sorted by hand before fermentation in Carboys for several months of refinement. True wines of flowers, they are subtly perfumed, offering spices, eucalyptus or incense notes. An aperitif to drink very fresh and to serve with dishes such as cheese, desserts or even the Foie gras.
