This family estate, founded in 1997 by Béatrice and Bernard Nivollet, is located in the Languedoc "Grés de Montpellier" and Languedoc "Pézenas" appellations, in a typically Mediterranean climate. Inspired by their Burgundian culture, the Nivollet family built up their vineyard through the gradual acquisition of plots, giving rise to the Blanville mono-parcels. Their Languedoc palette is dominated by Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan for the reds, and Marsanne, Roussane, Sauvignon, Rolle and Viognier for the whites.

Nous sommes arrivés sans prévenir juste pour acheter quelques bouteilles de ce domaine que nous adorons, et malgré cette dernière minute, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Marion. Sa passion pour les vins du Domaine, ses explications et son parler franc nous ont mis à l'aise et accompagné tout le long d'une dégustation.
C'était la première fois que nous avions la possibilité de nous rendre sur place. Grâce à elle, nous avons pu rendre concret ce Domaine, les projets qui y sont menés, les travaux réalisés, et surtout les vins qui y sont produits.
Un grand merci pour avoir pris ce temps de partage et pour avoir rendue cette expérience si intéressante et instructive !
