December 2018 saw the start of the Fonjoya adventure, the result of the merger of the Saint-Félix-Saint-Jean and Saint-Saturnin-de-Lucian cooperative wineries, established since the early 20th century. Strengthened by their respective histories, they decided to join forces and cultivate the vineyards of the same territory together. The term Fonjoya has its origins in Languedoc dialect, derived from Occitan: "font" means fountain and "joia" evokes joy.

Nous sommes venus avec des copains déguster certains vins ( on pensait en déguster 3 ou 4).
Nous avons pu faire une dégustation de toute les couleurs dans une chronologie orchestrée de main de maître par les 2 supers vendeuses.
Elles connaissent les vins ???? et savent vous les faire découvrir en restant discrète, toujours avec le sourire ???? ???? ????
