Séverine and Julien are at the head of the family farm, created by Séverine's parents and formerly devoted exclusively to the Ente plum, transformed into prunes, and asparagus. They now also cultivate more than 3,000 olive trees, using sustainable farming methods, and market most of their olive production directly in three producers' stores. By the end of the year, their mill should be up and running. Available to individuals, you will be able to press your olives.
