Laurent was stung by the passion of bees since his childhood. Today, it is with his wife Carole that they open the doors of their honey house three times a week to taste one of the 12 honeys produced here. With nearly 350 hives scattered along the coast, Les Miels de mon Moulin also produce pollen, propolis and honey syrups to be diluted in water or in fruit salads. According to the needs or the climatic hazards, the bees of Laurent and Carole are taken in transhumance.
