Un des meilleurs restaurants qu'il m'ait été donné de faire. Un menu très sophistiqué mais sans superflu. Le nom "brasserie" ne convient pas à ce restaurant 1 étoile ! Bravo ! Le menu a 33€ le vaut ! Voire plus !

Menu de Noël à emporter
Un repas de Noël excellent ! Un foie gras divin, un homard cuit à la perfection.....
Les plats suivants (turbot et chapon) étaient tellement bons qu'on a oublié de les prendre en photo ????
Et des produits frais et locaux..
