The foie gras fair in Sérignan is the must-see event of the winter. More than 30 years of existence for this gourmet event where, under a 400m2 tent, nearly 80 producers, mainly organic, from the four corners of the region, meet. This is an opportunity to celebrate "slow food" and the authenticity of the seasonal products on the stalls. Throughout the weekend, tastings are offered by exhibitors for tasty moments of sharing.
