In the heart of the Languedoc region, stay at this 19th-century château hotel. Built in the Venetian style, it was rebuilt by the Braillon-Pinnewaert family, who preserved its original architecture. It houses 14 refined, rustic-style rooms and 4 charming gîtes. Stroll through the exotic garden or by the pool, and visit the herb and vegetable gardens that feed the delicious dishes prepared by Marie and Alain.
