DOMAINE DE LA BAUME
Founded at the end of the 19th century by the Prat family, the Domaine de la Baume underwent a renaissance in 2003 when it was bought by Joseph Helfrich and joined the Grands Chais de France group. Today, the domaine receives harvests from some forty Languedoc-Roussillon producers, exporting most of its cuvées abroad. La Baume produces three types of wine from a variety of grape varieties (Viognier, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah). The Cabernet Sauvignon cuvée is particularly successful.
