In a design and artistic atmosphere, the kitchen opens onto the dining room. Chef Denis Martin and his brigade bring Mediterranean flavors and local recipes to life, like this red tuna smoked with garrigue herbs, horseradish and vinegar condiment, marinated ventrèche, spicy juice with dried bonito.
