A Sétoise institution, this Michelin-starred restaurant puts the terroir at the heart of its menu, showcasing the culinary treasures of the region. In a design and artistic atmosphere, the kitchen opens onto the dining room. Chef Denis Martin and his brigade bring Mediterranean flavors and local recipes to life, such as smoked red tuna with garrigue herbs, horseradish and vinegar condiment, marinated ventrèche, and dried bonito jus. An 8-course menu "in the chef's eyes" is available for gourmets. A delicious experience!
