A Sétoise institution, this Michelin-starred restaurant puts the terroir at the heart of its menu, showcasing the culinary treasures of the region. In a design and artistic atmosphere, the kitchen opens onto the dining room. Chef Denis Martin and his brigade bring Mediterranean flavors and local recipes to life, like this red tuna smoked with garrigue herbs, horseradish and vinegar condiment, marinated ventrèche, spicy juice with dried bonito. An 8-course menu "in the chef's eyes" is available for gourmets. A delicious experience!

Nous y sommes allés en semaine, nous avons pris la formule midi "entrée - plat - dessert". Tout était parfait, des plats aux pains, en passant par le vin.

Fidèle à sa réputation, "The Marcel" sait accueillir et propose des plats savoureux, avec des produits locaux, tout cela avec un service assuré par un personnel accueillant et des propositions accords mets vin parfait. Sans oublier les pains fait maison, dont particulièrement le feuilleté à l'origan.
