A restaurant in Sète offering excellent seasonal and Mediterranean cuisine.
Facing Place de la Mairie, Valérie and Daniel put the sun in your plate as soon as the moon appears. In a cozy dining room where orange dominates, the scents and colours of the Mediterranean are everywhere: on the walls, on the tables, on the plates and in the accents. In the dining room, Daniel is pleased to comment the menu designed by Valérie, a maître restaurateur. According to the seasons, she has the idea of making a crispy oyster and emulsified sauce with Noilly Prat emulsion sauce, poultry ballotine with marjoram, a sautéed duck with creamy caramel, the Valéry-style bourride, and finally a sweet touch with banana spring rolls with chocolate. A safe bet!

Indeed the setting and the atmosphere invite to stop there.
However, we were quickly compensated for by disillusion, a welcome too speed, cold, the menu is not worth its quality, we opted for the specialities of Sètes à la carte, a canteen food has nothing to envy from it, choose I dine with the canteen...
The meat of the macaronade has makes me think of meat box about it, the stuffed mussels with other dish, the same pasta and the dishes are heated...
I spent it the comment, the glasses of wine were offered to us, an address to be avoided!
