Restaurant with terrace located a few steps from the halles de Sète offering Vietnamese and Thai cuisine.
Le Saigon is located just a few steps from the halls and away from cars, in a lively street of the city where it is good to relax on the terrace in the evenings where the sweetness reigns. It is already a very good asset for this restaurant with Vietnamese and Thai specialties. The kitchen is honest, you can enjoy a very good Bo Bun with beef or chicken, as well as a Pho soup for Vietnam specialities. Other dishes include: the Thai pad, pork specialities, beef, duck, frog legs, shrimp, squid cooked with lemongrass, curry, saté, ginger… accompanied by rice. As well as sautéed noodles with pork, beef or chicken. Note the vegetarian dishes with various tofus, caramel, ginger, saté… The small room that breathes the nature with its open kitchen is always full, it's mostly a regular clientele. The bill is light, we are happy!

Les nouilles étaient des spaghettis fines sautées avec très peu de légumes et le minimum de viande.
Pour courroner le tout et pallier le manque évident de légume, on a rajouté de l'ail déshydraté !!
